Come and learn how to progress from the basics to veganising your favourite desserts, taking on challenges and crafting stunning creations everyone will love. This amazing course will get you on the path to vegan baking stardom in just three days!

With this course you will be able to get consistently good results without eggs and dairy. Over three days you will make a range of baked goods such as pastries, doughs, tarts, traybakes, lighter cakes and cookies.

Here’s a little bit of what you can expect:

  • Learn the basics common to all baking, and discover techniques specifically for vegan baking
  • How to replace eggs and dairy in vegan baking using new and exciting ingredients
  • Use of raising agents in vegan baking
  • Types of fats in vegan baking
  • Sugar and alternative sweeteners
  • Some gluten-free alternatives

  • Date Caramel Sauce
  • Teff Pancakes
  • Aquafaba Buttercream
  • Early Grey Cupcakes
  • Maple Pistachio Cremes
  • Spelt Beetroot Soda Bread
