With the greatest availability of fresh and local produce, and a desire to eat outside whenever the opportunity presents itself, our summer cooking workshop is a celebration of everything that shines bright on the plate.

This means an abundance of leaf and stem crops, peas, beans and potatoes, alongside other roots, fruits and herbs. We’ll show you how to nurture this bounty and how to showcase the best of summer eating.

Recipes we are likely to make include:

  • Aubergine and Tofu Satay
