Everyone’s talking about it, but what do you do with seitan (pronounced say-tan)?

Our Master the Basics: Seitan experience will show you how to get the most out of this wheat gluten, as you learn how to create different textures, work with different flavours and use in stews, stir-fries and casseroles.

On the day you’ll get to make some amazing treats, including smoky maple seitan kebabs, oregano and red onion sausages, steaks and even charcuterie – so you can welcome in a whole new culinary adventure.

    This is an excellent course to demystify a food I didn’t know enough about. Sam is an excellent teacher, engaging and knowledgeable, and the recipes are delicious.
