Start your day off with a citrus and ginger power shot before mastering the art of the breakfast burrito and exploring quinoa porridge.

Lunchtime vegan meal plans include amazing buddha bowls which taste as amazing as they look, and then we will show you how to make dairy-free dinners and desserts. You will get to cook amazing dishes and also view demonstrations on vegan mayo, pesto, tofu and much more…

I found this a really relaxed and enjoyable introductory course and it was surprisingly easy to make great tasting dishes, from a non cook perspective. I highly recommend this course and I plan to book further courses.
