    I received this course as a birthday gift. I thought I needed some baking skills, using vegan ingredients. The course covered most of the questions I had and provided useful material for me to take home. I have learned about the existence of new ingredients and about additional usage of traditional ones. The course made me more enthusiastic about baking. The course is overall a really pleasurable experience. Well organised and well equipped to cater for everyone’s needs.
