From what you told us it seems you can’t get enough of our one-day The Vegan Baking Intro course – so you’ll be excited to hear we now also run a vegan baking three-day weekend extravaganza! This amazing course will get you on the path to vegan baking stardom in just three days, so come and join us for this inaugural baking bonanza where you’ll learn the secrets of fancy fruit tarts, perfect pâtisserie and much more…

Ever wished you could recreate those stunningly simple dishes found in your favourite Italian restaurant? Simple sauces underwritten with perfect handmade pasta… there is so much art in mastering pasta – and that is exactly what we offer on this course.

You’ll come away with a newfound passion for tagliatelle from scratch, and you’ll be crimping up ravioli like you’ve been doing it all your life. In just three hours you will come on a journey with us and learn how to master that pasta. Buon appetito!

We all know tofu is a wonderful, healthy, protein-rich food for veggies and non-veggies alike- but do you really know what to do with it? Well, it’s time to come and find out, no matter what type you’ve bought or how much time you have.

Tofu is so versatile – you can fry it, slice it, dress it, throw it in a cheesecake to up your dessert game… there are almost infinite permutations for tofu, and we can show you it all in just three hours!
