What’s happening this Christmas at the Vegetarian Society Cookery School?

Yes… we know your summer holiday tan may not have even faded yet, but we’ve been preparing for Christmas a little bit early this year.

Firstly, we ran a preview day of our Festive Feasts workshop (even though it was a balmy summer’s day), and we invited some lovely journalists from local, national and online publications to come and see what the fuss was all about. Our invited guest students had a great afternoon of getting to grips with pies, roasts and lots more festivities besides.

There’s every chance you might see an article about this brilliant day appearing in one of your favourite publications in the coming weeks. But enough about that for now – we want to tell you about what else is happening in the run-up to Christmas, and – of course – how you can get involved.

We firmly believe that vegetables richly deserve pride of place as the centrepiece of any dining table.
