Regional Indian Cuisine
Indian cuisine encompasses a wide variety of regional cuisines native to India. Given the size of the country and its diversity of climates, soils and occupations, these vary significantly from each other in their use of locally available spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits. Indian food is also influenced by the various spiritual traditions in which vegetarianism is a major strand.

I did Nina & Sumita's Masterclass a few months ago so I was excited to see a new course. Once again a mine of information and laughs. Helena from Derby.

The food was heavenly. Nina & Sumita kept us on our toes and were a delight. Nice group of people too. Daniel from Hebden Bridge.
