Our evening class series runs over five weeks. It's designed for beginners & includes all the foundation knowledge and techniques to be able to confidently cook a wide range of vegetarian dishes.
Your tutor will guide you to create a range of wonderful vegetarian dishes you will enjoy time and time again.
Each session you will get expert tuition and hands on experience to develop new skills in the kitchen. Arrival time on each evening is 6.15pm with a finish time of approximately 8.45pm. A brief outline of what you will cover on each session is below.
Week One - Basic cookery techniques, knife skills, bread and pastry.
Week Two - Classic British cuisine – traditional classic dishes with veggie twist.
Week Three - International flavours- a sample of global cuisine from Italy including pasta making, Spain, Morocco, Thailand and Japan.
Week Four - Quick and easy, delicious meals in minutes.
Week Five - Dinner party and fine dining for that special occasion.
The price shown includes tuition for all five classes, handouts and ring binder plus any workshop ingredients.
